KURALON
The characteristic of KURALON is attributable to the KURALON’s molecular structure. With the existence of OH radical in KURALON molecule chain, it is hard to be attacked by alkaline. Therefore, intermolecular bond hardly breaks, providing high alkaline resistance.
The graph shows the comparison of alkaline resistance between KURALON and other fibers. Paper made from KURALON maintains high strength compared with cellulose papers.
